This has been the 5th year that we are giving out Birthday Gift through online channel and the responses has been encouraging with more members accepting this mode and find it more convenient for them too!

We know that some of you will still ask us questions like "Why only can redeem online? Why cannot collect in the shop? Why cannot free shipping?"

Due to the large quantity of redemptions every year, we could only handle this by engaging a third party agent to handle the redemption. We decide to absorb part of the cost but couldn't do it fully. Any special request shop arrangement (e.g. to collect from outlet) will incur even heavier logistic & cost that we wouldn't want to pass to you.
